How do I become a My Rewards member?

Sign up at myrewardsamerica.com or stop in at any of our partnering locations and ask to sign up. You will be asked for your mobile phone number and will be given a membership card. You can find a list of businesses that participate in My Rewards on your mobile app.

How do I know if a store/restaurant/café/bar is in the My Rewards network?

Each participating business has our logo at its store entrance.

I forgot/lost my card. Can I keep on collecting points?

Sure, by providing your mobile phone number to the merchant when making purchases.

When can I redeem my rewards?

It depends on the campaign that each business currently has in place. You can check how many points you have already collected by logging in on our mobile app so that you can determine how many points you still need to collect to redeem your reward, or you can simply ask the cashier/server. He/she will let you know if you have collected enough points to redeem for a reward.

What exactly does a point mean?

1 point = 1 Dollar. For every Dollar you spend, you collect an additional point.

Do my points ever expire?

Unless a certain campaign is of limited duration (ex. Holiday discount), your points do not expire and you can choose when to redeem your rewards. If the store has an incremental discount (ex. 5% discount with 20 points but 10% discount with 30 points), it is in your interest not to redeem your reward until you have collected more points.

My favorite store/restaurant/café/bar is not in the My Rewards network. What can I do?

Let us know at support@myrewardsamerica.com and we will get in touch with the business to inform them that their customers hope they join us soon. And of course, spread the word! The more people know of My Rewards, the faster it will spread and you will be rewarded at more and more places.
